Vyaapar is designed to respect your privacy. Players do not need to register with a password or provide sensitive personal data to play:

• In-Game Player Name & Avatar: A display nickname chosen by you for game identification during local or online multiplayer matches.
• Multiplayer Room Data: Temporary game room codes, dice roll logs, and in-game property positions necessary to synchronize online matches between connected players. This data is ephemeral and is not permanently stored or linked to personal identities.
• Device Information & Analytics: Standard non-personally identifiable diagnostic information such as device model, OS version, and crash logs to maintain game performance and stability.

2. Virtual Currency & Purchases

The money, cash, properties, rent, and trades in Vyaapar are 100% fictional virtual play items used solely for the rules of the board game. No real-world currency or gambling is involved.

3. Advertisements (Google AdMob)

Vyaapar includes advertisements served through Google AdMob (such as optional rewarded video ads to unlock extra multiplayer room creations). Google AdMob may use device advertising identifiers (Google Advertising ID / AAID) to deliver relevant ads in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier via your Android device settings.

4. In-Game Voice & Chat Features

If you utilize optional in-game voice chat or quick messaging during a multiplayer match, audio streams and text messages are transmitted in real-time solely between the participants in your private game room. Audio streams are not recorded or saved on our servers.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. Information is only processed as necessary to operate game features (such as AdMob ad serving or cloud multiplayer synchronization) or to comply with applicable laws.

6. Data Security

We implement standard technical and organizational security measures to protect the integrity of data in transit. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Vyaapar does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover any personal data from children under 13 has been collected inadvertently, we take immediate steps to delete it.
